The eclectic appearance of Moscow’s historical centre in many respects took shape at the turn of the 19th and 20thcenturies. The city’s streets were inundated with multiple styles, from classicism to modern. And the famous architects such as Bové, Erichson, Baranovsky and Schechtel were moulding the pieces of art that we are working with today. Each detail of these structures offers a unique, inimitable charm depicting the spirit of the past.
We borrow the absolute best from both the past and modern times. We offer a symbiosis of traditions and innovative solutions that respects both heritage as well as current bold ideas. Our buildings are equipped with advanced security and control systems, an additional water purification station, innovative ventilation with humidification, elevators made by leading manufacturers, accessible rooftops, parking for electric vehicles and other technological innovations.

«Дом с Атлантами». Начало сотрудничества с новым финансовым партнером
Команда "ВМС Девелопмент" сообщает о начале сотрудничества с новым финансовым партнером в рамках реализации проекта "Дом с Атлантами". С января 2024 года им стал частный инвестор, имеющий практический опыт работы с объектами культурного наследия и памятникам архитектуры.
"Синергия совместной работы двух профессиональных команд позволяет нам обеспечить финансовую устойчивость проекта, воплотить все задуманное в заявленные сроки, сохраняя при этом высокий уровень качества девелопмента" - отмечает генеральный директор компании Сергей Решоткин.
В настоящее время ведутся завершающие работы по кровле, инженерным системам. Развернуты работы по внутренней отделке мест общего пользования. С приходом весны начнутся работы по благоустройству территории.

Завершены реставрационные работы главного фасада Stoleshnikov 7
Компания "ВМС Девелопмент" завершила работы по реставрации главного фасада Stoleshnikov 7.
На одной из главных улиц Москвы — Столешников переулок — новогоднее преображение. Открыт главный фасад здания Stoleshnikov 7, проекта реконструкции знаменитого торгового дома Леве 1903 года постройки. Роскошный фасад украшают обновленные центральный ризалит с балконом и женские гермы, увитые виноградными лозами, которые отсылают нас во времена знаменитого винного магазина. О нём упоминает Л.Толстой в романе «Анна Каренина»: «выйдя в столовую, Степан Аркадьевич к ужасу своему увидал, что портвейн и херес взяты от Депре, а не от Леве» и распорядился «послать кучера как можно скорее к Леве».
Компания "ВМС Девелопмент" начала реставрационные работы в 2019 году. В рамках проекта выполняется полная реконструкция здания и оснащение современной инженерной инфраструктурой. Завершение всех работ запланировано на второй квартал 2023 года. -

Stoleshnikov 7. International Property Awards 2020
The final round of the International Property Awards 2020, one of the top international real estate market awards, took place on 5 February.
The Stoleshnikov 7 project was declared the best renovation project in the world in the category BEST INTERNATIONAL RESIDENTIAL RENOVATION / REDEVELOPMENT!
We also finished first in the following categories at the competition:
- Best Residential Renovation / Redevelopment Europe
- Best Residential Renovation / Redevelopment Russia

A ceremony was held at the Diamond Hall Grand Ballroom on 25 November to recognize the winners of the Urban Awards 2020.
The Stoleshnikov 7 project placed first in the Best Club House category.

Tea has become a customary drink in Moscow families in large part thanks to the Rastorguevs. For more on the three generations of this family of merchants and benefactors and their Atlant House, see the story by MOS.RU.
In 1882, another apartment building popularly known as the Atlant House was built on Solyanka Street. The building, which was designed by architect Vasily Karneyev, immediately caught people’s attention due to the fact that the balcony above the main entrance was supported by four mighty Atlantes. The building was also impressive on the inside, with wrought iron gratings and stucco mouldings adorning the main staircase and a ceiling with Monier vaults.
